Our Vision

Engineering Programs in ANU aims to be a leader in engineering sciences at the local, regional and international levels in the fields of education, scientific research, community service and environmental development, through the excellence of its faculty members, the provision of engineering programs for multidisciplinary education and research and the provision of distinguished capabilities linked to the college’s distinguished geographical location to the surrounding industrial and marine environment.

Our Mission

Qualifying engineering cadres who are distinguished scientifically, professionally and ethically and who are capable of continuous learning, competition, teamwork, innovation and creativity, by keeping pace with development in teaching and learning , and exchange knowledge according to the best academic and professional standards to serve the needs of the local, regional and international community, and contribute to achieving sustainable development in Egypt.

Our Goals

Engineering is the profession in which the basic sciences (mathematics, physics, mechanics, chemistry, etc.) are applied along with the knowledge acquired through engineering study, experience and practice in order to develop and innovate methods, methods, machines and devices for the optimal use of materials, resources and forces of nature for the benefit of humanity.
The college has set its own strategic objectives, which are summarized in:

• Keeping up with modern basic, engineering, applied and human sciences.
• Providing modern technology in engineering education.
• Applying scientific thinking, analysis and deduction methods with a desire for continuous learning.
• Developing decision-making capabilities, dealing with crises, and solving problems.
• Providing financial resources to achieve the college’s goals.
• Developing detailed plans for the proper use and development of available resources.
• Developing research and postgraduate studies.
• Establishing distinguished research programs and centers with some centers of excellence.
• Strengthening ties with industrial institutions and engineering bodies so that the college becomes a house of expertise and a center of excellence locally and regionally. 
• Contributing to serving society and the environment by participating in developing future visions and strategies necessary for sustainable development.
